Cancellation Policy

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on the calendar that is no longer available to other clients. In order to be respectful , please call Ashley as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request and require at least 48 hours notice.

Our Policy:

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services.

• If you are more than 20 minutes late for your service, you may not be able to be seen. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.

• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

• All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any and all rescheduled appointments must be completed within 60 days of purchase.
